IT Support, IS User Assistance

ONE4EU is a consortium managed by Unisys Belgium & Luxembourg, Sogeti Belgium & Luxembourg, I.R.I.S. S&E, Reggiani and designed to address an important European Commission contract in IT Development & Support activities.

Mainly, our needs are in the following domains:
- Development expertise in DBMS, application servers and related tools
- Development expertise in document and content management and search tools
- Development expertise in data warehouse, reporting and statistical tools
- User assistance, administration and coordination

IT Support, IS User Assistance
Based in Brussels or in Luxembourg

Your responsibilities:

• User assistance regarding the use of information systems to carry out their tasks.
• Assistance with organising and running in the information system installation from the end user perspective.
• Writing user documentation for information systems.
• Prepare and give training courses about information systems
• Excellent communication / writing skills.
• Able to use the office automation tools (MS-Office).
• Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working.

Your skills and experience:

• University degree with 2 years of relevant experience or non university degree with 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in user support or training or documentation writing
• 2 years with specific support tools or techniques
• Technologies/Methodologies: Remedy, Peregrine …
• You are bilingual English and French (or at least with a good knowledge of one of the EU official languages and fluency in English or French is mandatory).
